Alexander D. Licznerski

I’m Alexander D. Licznerski, founder of Licznerski Law, PLLC in Oldsmar. I represent individuals and medical providers throughout Tampa Bay and Florida’s Nature Coast, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter counties. My practice focuses on helping people who have been injured, consumers who have been treated unfairly, and medical providers seeking payment for services provided to accident victims.

Tampa Bay is home. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, then my J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where the school’s focus on public service and practical, hands-on advocacy shaped how I practice today.

After law school, I clerked for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and for a state appellate judge on the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Seeing cases from the bench taught me how judges weigh arguments and what actually moves a case forward. I bring that perspective to every matter I handle.

I then practiced at one of the largest personal injury firms in the country. I learned a lot there, including what it feels like for clients when their case is one of thousands. I started my own firm to do it differently. When you hire me, you work with me directly. I answer your questions, I know your file, and I keep my caseload small enough to give every case real attention.

My practice focuses on three primary areas:

Personal Injury: Representing individuals injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and other situations involving negligence.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Representation: Helping chiropractors, physicians, medical clinics, and other healthcare providers pursue denied, delayed, or underpaid Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims for treatment provided to automobile accident victims

Consumer Law: Protecting consumers against unfair or deceptive business practices, financial disputes, and violations of consumer protection laws.
