Hello, I’m Alexander Licznerski, founder of Licznerski Law, PLLC in Oldsmar. I represent injured people across Tampa Bay and throughout Florida in personal injury, PIP and insurance disputes, and consumer protection matters. My roots are here. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, and those years tied me to this community for good. I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where the school’s emphasis on public service and practical skills shaped the kind of lawyer I wanted to be. I began my career at a large personal injury firm, where I learned how these cases are built and saw how easily clients become a number on a file. That’s why I founded a boutique firm. Personal injury is the heart of my practice. I have represented clients hurt in car, truck, commercial vehicle, bicycle, e-bike, pedestrian, and golf cart crashes. My results include a $3,000,000 settlement for a cyclist struck by a motor vehicle and a $1,000,000 settlement for a client seriously injured in a commercial vehicle collision. In another bicycle case, the defense blamed my client, who had been hit by a company van and left with catastrophic injuries. Under Florida’s modified comparative negligence law, that argument could have barred his recovery entirely. We preserved the company’s evidence, pursued both the driver and the employer, and tested their story under oath. The case resolved for $500,000. I have also obtained full policy limits for many crash victims, sometimes within a week of being retained, because insurers take a claim more seriously once a lawyer is involved.

I fight just as hard on PIP. When insurers use IMEs, peer reviews, EUO no-show defenses, or claims of material misrepresentation to cut off benefits, I challenge them and have forced payment of the full benefits owed. On the provider side, I have recovered more than $2,000,000 in underpaid PIP benefits for medical providers.

I also hold companies accountable under consumer protection laws. My results include a $250,000+ TCPA settlement for a client targeted by unlawful robocalls, a $25,000+ car loan eliminated over TILA and FCCPA violations, a wrongful repossession recovery, and a client’s credit score raised from 500 to 750 after we corrected inaccurate credit reporting.
